What are Herbal Teas?


Herbal teas are an infusion of edible plants (herbs, spices, leaves, fruits, roots or flowers). Drinking herbal teas increases health benefits through digestion.

How much tea should I use for an 8oz cup?


Place a 1 teaspoon (1 scoop) of herbs in your reusable eco-friendly tea bag




How should I prepare my herbal tea?


Pour hot (boiled) water into your cup (the herbs are submerged in the hot water). Cover your tea cup (another bowl or plate) so steam won’t escape.




Why should I cover my herbal tea?


This done so that you can maintain the healing properties of the essentials from the herbs and flowers in the tea.




How long should I let my herbal tea steep?


Let it steep for at least 10 minutes (if bark or berries - 20 min. and roots -30 min.)




Can the eco-friendly tea bag be reused?


Yes, squeeze the excess water (don’t throw out herbs yet, you may get another cup out of it). Once done throw out herbs and rinse out tea bag for your next use.




What should I sweeten my tea with?


If you choose to sweeten, use natural sweeteners such as honey, monk fruit juice, agave, Stevia leaf, or coconut sugar. Try it without the sweeteners to see if you like it!




How many servings are in a bag?


Makes 15 – 20 servings.




Does our tea have caffeine?


No. We do not use the plant Camellia sinensis, or tea. Our herbal tea is technically a tisane or infusion. The herbs we use and blend do not contain caffeine.




Why do we not use the terms tisane or infusion?


Most tea drinkers are familiar with the term herbal tea. While the terms tisanes or infusions also accurately describe our product, they are simply less recognized.




Can you drink our herbal teas iced?


Yes! Our herbal teas are in harmony with cool, refreshing flavors as well as calm, relaxing warmth ones. They taste perfect just about everywhere in between, too!




How do I store my tea? Will it spoil?


Tea should be stored away from the light, moisture, and foods that have a strong aroma. While tea does not spoil, it will lose its flavor over time.
