Essences, ( juices, herbal teas and infused waters), we also offer a full
experience and opportunity to enhance your lifestyle through meditation,
relaxation, movement/stretches, and affirming thought choices. We
encourage the best you possible as you Reset, Restore & Rebuild your way
through getting healthy on purpose.
The cold pressed process reduces contact with heat and air. Because they
don’t produce as much heat, they keep more of the nutrients in fresh fruits
and vegetables.
More juice is extracted, intake more vitamins and enzymes and it’s easier on
the digestive system. You feel an increase of energy, you get all your
vegetables and fruits in, your immune system gets a boost, feel better from
the inside out and most of all it improves your overall health and
well-being.

However, we do offer juices on lower glycemic index.
This is perfectly normal, juices that separate are natural. There are no fillers, color or additives to our raw juices so the vegetables and fruit may appear separated. Nutrient dense water is present when juicing fruits and vegetables. The water is lighter than the vitamins and minerals which sinks to the bottom after sitting.
No, not at all! All Liquid Essences are natural and sweetened purely from the fruits and vegetables.
Juices should be stored in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt to remain properly temperature controlled. You can store in refrigerator for up to 72 hours. (According to the US Food and Drug Administration, perishable foods that are supposed to be refrigerated, like juice, can only be left out at room temperature for two hours before it’s considered unsafe to consume).
Herbal Teas should be stored in an airtight container. Brewed teas will last 2-5 days in the refrigerator. Without an airtight package it can survive 48-72 hours before the bacteria and aroma in the refrigerator decreases its value and even becomes sour. Herbal teas can sit out at room temperature for approximately 8 hours.
Infused Waters will last up to 3-5 days in the refrigerator in a tightly covered container. However, remove fruits and herbs (with the exception to rosemary and mint ) after 24 hours so they do not break down and leave the water bitter. Fruits can be reused and added back to fresh water up to 3 times if it's fresh within that 24 hour time range.
Yes. Freezing is the only option that does not destroy the vitamins, minerals, enzymes or taste. Liquid Essences can be stored for up to 6 months without losing nutrients or taste. (Recommendation: unscrew lids and pour a little of juice out which will account for expansion of juices once frozen. When ready to consume, defrost in a cool bowl of water the night before then refrigerate in the morning. Be sure to shake well and consume within 3 days of thawing. Some may also notice a difference in the texture of the juice after freezing which is normal).

For as little as 1 day and as many 7 days. (Always consult with your physician or medical specialist before participating in significant dietary shifts. One day cleanse is a great way to give your digestive system a rest. Three to Four days is a good start for a first-time cleanse if you are looking to start a healthier life transformation. If you feel like cleansing for more days – try it!
It depends on your body and how often you are hungry. It can be every two
hours or every 3-4 hours. It is recommended 64 oz of juices per day or
four 16 oz. (32 oz of it being green juice) If you feel that you are still hungry,
you can increase your juice assumption. You may drink more, or less depending on your situation and needs. For example: if you are very active during the day, your body requires more fuel. Drink more. If you are hungry or feeling healing reactions (headache, body aches) drink more. Your body knows how much juice it needs. It will tell you. Take a quiet moment and listen. You will begin to learn the ways your body
communicates with you and you can begin to start trusting yourself again.
It is highly recommended that you drink plenty of water in between the
juices.
Herbal teas are made from a variety of herbs and are naturally caffeine-free,
therefore you can drink 6-8 cups daily (without worry of caffeine side effects). You can choose to drink it 3 times a day beginning in the morning to provide the energy boost to start your day. Be sure to include exercise and if eating, eat healthy meals. Eating easy to digest foods such as bananas, watermelon and cantaloupe or soups made from root vegetables such carrots and beets and squash and pumpkin.
If you choose to cleanse with the infused waters, drinking one liter per day
is the recommended dosage or one half your weight in ounces.
More energy, mental clarity, lighter gut, improved sleep patterns, better skin. Overall it's an empowering practice that allows you to restore control in your body.
Many people do a one-day cleanse at the beginning of the week to reset from the weekend. It is proposed that you can do a three-day cleanse whenever you feel tired, bloated, and better eating habits needs to be restored. If you are more advanced and want to rebuild your body system then try cleansing/detoxing for 5-7 days.
Standard multivitamin may not be necessary to take during cleanse because the juices naturally have those essential vitamins found in multivitamin supplements. If you are Vitamin B or Omega Fatty Acids, you may continue while on the juice cleanse. You are encouraged to just drink juices but most importantly you need to listen to your own body. If you feel your body needs more, it is recommended that you eat live (raw) foods only. Some may choose to substitute a meal (or two) with your choice of Liquid Essences as well. However, continue to eat in a healthy manner.
You will be provided a pre-cleanse parameter sheet. However, it is recommended that prior to beginning the cleanse, begin eliminating all animal products, refined and processed foods, alcohol, coffee (basically anything that’s not live).
Initially began by adding raw foods and nuts. If eating salads, avoid creamy dressings. After 1 -2 days start adding back lean proteins and cooked vegetables.

Headaches/body aches and pains: A normal reaction to caffeine and sugar withdrawal; these will ease up by the third day.
Bloating/flatulence: A common side effect as the body adjusts to a sudden influx of soluble fruit and vegetable fiber, nutrients and enzymes. It should pass quickly, but if it persists, try eating fermented food or taking a probiotic.
Skin breakouts: Any big change in your diet -- even a positive change! -- can temporarily affect skin, which is our body's largest eliminative organ. Extra water and exercise can support the process.
Strong cravings: If you can get through these cravings in the first two days, you'll find it way easier to cut back on sugar, caffeine, animal products and alcohol going forward.
