Service Description

Includes everything in the 15 minutes consultation. IWP (Integrative Wellness Plan) is a holistic plan created to assist in achieving overall health in areas of physical, spiritual, nutritional, mental, and emotional health. The purpose of the IWP is to create individualized realistic goals with clarity, direction, and understanding. The follow-up is included to help measure your progress and adjust any changes. The follow-up date will be scheduled during the initial consultation. All sales are final and no refunds. If you need to reschedule, we require a 48-hour notice prior to your appointment.
